Savitri^® is a ritual of rectification and empowerment for women. In pre-Vedic times, the Savitri^®ritual was a pre-pubescent initiation rite to open the heart center to the presence of one's soul light. This awakening was achieved by empowering the subtle inner centers of divine light.

The Savitri ritual^® was taught to Amarananda Bhairavan and his cousin Sandhya by his teachers Aunt Preema, Aghori Narayani, and Odiyatthi Nedunga. The ritual is imbued with the primal power and blessings of a very ancient lineage of mystics.

A modern woman’s deep psyche may be layered with memories, impressions, and emotional knots that block vital life force. This psychic "sedimentation" can impede a woman's innate, empowered, critical thinking. From the age of six onwards, women of our times are subject to perennial influences that are corrosive to heart and spirit. These affects can dis-empower women severely at a time when their psyche is most impressionable.

The purpose of Savitri^® ritual is to remove the sedimentation and reawaken the subtle centers of inner light making this light available for life empowerment.

What does the Savitri^® ritual involve?
Women who wish to participate in this group will be seated around a large sacred yantra ethereally constructed for this purpose. (Seating is on the ground and participants are encouraged to bring their own cushions or backrests if they have special needs for back support). Please bring one dozen red and yellow roses (or a combination of both) for the ceremony. Women from the age of twelve are welcome to participate. Amarananda will guide all in this ritual; $108 per participant.

Gayatri Ritual is a similar ritual for a group of men. Ideally, the Gayatri ritual is performed around age 6, however, Amarananda Bhairavan has guided males older than 6 through this empowering ritual.

This two and one half-hour ritual facilitates the cleansing of energetic blemishes in the participants mystic shields, providing an opportunity to release deep-seated energy patterns through the power, strength, and grace of Bhairavan and his high energy beings.

Participants are placed in a circle around a geometric pattern made of colored rice. Using invocations of light, Amarananda Bhairavan will energetically link everyone so all can assist with the deep cleansing of everyone within the mystic circle. After preliminary rites to empower each participant, Bhairavan invokes his cluster of high energy beings. These transcendent beings will direct him to facilitate the clearing of participants deep-seated energetic patterns at their most subtle and ensconsced level. The process releases trapped life force and, once released, this life force becomes available for positive use. By wisely reinvesting life force in healthier patterns, participants experience profound concrete results in daily life. At the end of the ceremony, Amarananda Bhairavan will give each participant a short practice to do at home.
